Immigration Evaluations
Providing highly effective clinical evaluations for:
- Extreme Hardship Waivers
- U-Visa
- Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)/Domestic Violence Cases
Conducting clinical evaluations for immigration cases is deeply meaningful work for me. Through lived and professional experience, I am aware that our immigration system, as it stands, often prevents us from being able to see the true scope and reasons why a person may have immigrated to the United States. Given this reality my clinical work allows for a greater understanding of immigrants and their stories. As well as the hardship experienced in the case of family separation.
I have completed advanced training to ensure best practices for conducting strong, thorough and highly effective clinical evaluations for immigration cases. I provide a safe, supportive space for people to share their experiences as to provide an evaluation that demonstrates an accurate depiction of their needs and mental wellness.
Interviews can be conducted in English, Spanish, or with the help of an interpreter.
